What is this store's return and exchange policy?

Unworn items may be returned for exchange "only" within 30 days of receipt. We do not grant refunds. All shipping costs for the return of unworn items are the responsibility of the customer.

All orders ship from Charlotte North Carolina. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
